Printing Cell:

• 1(One) KPA-OC 200 machine with output 5000 cards/Hr
• It is a waterless offset printing that uses printing consumables like UV inks for waterless offset, varnish and blankets.

Punching Cell:

• 1(One) DM module punching machine with output 3500 modules/Hr
• A DM module punching machine is responsible for cutting module reels to allow the usage of individual modules.

Embedding Cell:

• 3(Three) Cline machines with total output 4000 embedded cards/ Hr
• A Cline Machine is used to embed Micro-electronic module on a milled card body using Cyanoacrylate glue.

Personalization Cell:

• 4(Four) PPYAG machines with total output 2500 cards/Hr
• A PPYAG machine is responsible for the Chip programming & laser Yag marking for the already embedded cards

Packaging Cell:

• 1(One) Novipack machine with output up to 1200 Trays/Hr
• A Novipack machine is used for Box wrapping using plastic films
